Founder & Principal, BCG Water
Ashley Boudet
Ashley Boudet founded BCG Water on a conviction the water industry rarely says out loud: compliance work can be done with both technical rigor and genuine care, and it can even be beautiful.
Trained in civil engineering (B.S., University of Florida), Ashley holds three California Grade II licenses spanning Water Treatment, Water Distribution, and Wastewater, a triple perspective that lets her see a system whole: source to tap, tap to discharge. Her experience spans public water systems across California's wine country, from municipal utilities to private estates and working wineries.
She supports California's winemaking community as an associate member of Family Winemakers of California, serves as Vice President of the Wine Country Water Works Association, and speaks on sustainable water management and regulatory leadership, including at the Napa RISE Wine Symposium.
Ashley leads BCG Water the way she believes water should be managed: with discipline, transparency, and the long view.
